It got here quick and I didnt have any trouble with the order at all

Just a heads up for anyone ordering from relxtime.com: the assembly itself was straightforward, i was a little relieved. The parts were packed well, the screws lined up like they were supposed to, and nothing felt like a total guessing game at first.
That said, be warned that one step in the instructions is not super clear. I had to stop, look it over a couple times, and basically make an educated guess before moving on. I still got it put together by myself in under an hour, so I’m happy overall, but I’m taking off one star because the directions could definitely be better

I had to send it back, it was no hassle at all and the warranty went through just fine.

I’d say it’s a solid buy overall. Nothing too fancy, but for what you pay, it does the job well and feels worth it

I ordered this from relxtime.com and, i think it’s a good buy. It feels soft, comfortable, and easy to sink into after a long day. It did take me a day or two to really get used to it, so I wouldn’t call it absolutely perfect, but for the comfort you get, I’d say it’s worth it. Overall, I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars.

I used relxtime.com and overall it was easy to get around. The pages loaded quickly, and the filters and product photos definitely helped. That said, I did feel like I had to put in a little extra effort to figure out some of the details, since not everything was as clear as it could be. I got this from relxtime.com and the massage is stronger then I expected. I’ve been using it after work and my shoulder pain calmed down a lot. Nothing fancy to say really, it just works for me and I’m glad I bought it.

I bought this a while ago and it’s still in good shape. I use it a lot, and so far nothing feels loose or cheap. I’m guessing it’s made a little better than some of the other ones out there, but either way, no complaints from me
